How to rotate a PDF

Upload your PDF, choose 90°, 180°, or 270°, and decide whether to rotate every page or only specific ones by entering page numbers or ranges. Download the corrected file — the rotation is applied instantly, entirely in your browser.

This is the fix for a scanned document that came out sideways or upside-down, or for a single landscape page (like a wide table or diagram) mixed into an otherwise portrait document.

Frequently asked questions

Can I rotate just some pages instead of the whole document?

Yes — choose "Specific pages" and enter the pages or ranges you want rotated (e.g. 1-3, 5, 7-9). Everything else stays exactly as it was.

What rotation angles can I choose?

90°, 180°, or 270° — pick whichever gets a sideways or upside-down scan facing the right way.

Will rotating change the page size or content?

No — only the orientation changes. The page dimensions and everything on the page stay the same, just turned.

Is there a file size limit?

Free accounts can rotate files up to 20MB; Premium raises that to 100MB.

Why is my scanned PDF sideways in the first place?

Most flatbed and sheet-fed scanners save pages in whatever orientation they were fed, which is often landscape even for a portrait document — this tool fixes that after the fact without rescanning.
